Goal Zero Yeti 1250 Solar Generator Review

The Goal Zero Yeti 1250 Solar Generator receive an excellent customer’s review of 4/5 stars at Amazon.com that proves its great performance. The following reviews are written by customers who actually bought and use it in real world application.

The Good

“This is a good to great product for its design capacity. (5 Stars)Product Ratings: quality is 4; functionality 4+; customer service 4-5 (both pre and post)”

“My fridge was only able to be powered by the Yeti for 12 hours. Now…that said, I don’t believe an equal sized gas generator would be able to power my fridge for that long without periodic additional gas refills. Also, I probably could have powered my fridge for longer but I didn’t’ want to drain the battery more than 50%.”

“I bought this for camping in my van and it’s great for running my refrigerator, charging cell phones, cameras and batteries. It has 3 AC outlets, 3 USB outlets, 1 cigarette lighter outlet and 1 DC outlet of some other kind. I got mine with a 120 Watt Solar Panel and it’s doing a great job keeping it charged up. It has even lasted a few days without sun running our Dometic DFX65 Portable Freezer/Refrigerator.”

“This thing has been great. Used on 2 camping trips so far & to power a GZ lantern for about 10 hours during a 24 hour charity event. Hardly can make a dent in the battery. More than enough juice for my needs so far, but I do plan on adding more items to run off of it”

The Not So Good

It is a power pack only! Only AC charging in this option (other option sold separately). This is *very* heavy and not something you will want to move far by yourself when you can’t use the wheels. >>Click Here to read more customers reviews.
